oh milano!

Yet again, i deeply  apologise for my long absence from this blog- Eli I am soo sooo sorry!

Anywho, after a torrential downpour of rain in the gloomy weather of Singapore, the Easter holidays had started and I was lucky enough to travel to London and Milan for the holiday! It was a dream come true to visit the beautiful and luxurious city of Milan with its detailed architecture and famous fashion houses (and did i mention yummy food?) so I wanted to share the photos I took on the holiday!

haha 250 dollar water!

definitely not the best photo of me....but oh well.

what do you think of these photos? have any of you readers visited milan before?

Wild. Crazy. Lips.

photos from weheartit.com & GIF made by me :)

Hi everyone! My latest obsession, related to beauty, has definitely been bold, bright lips. I love simple eyes, a bare face and extravagant lips. My top colour for spring has been the "it" colour for this year, tangerine orange. Tangerine is everywhere, I could say so much about it but thats a whole other post. It is super on-trend but still very unique. If the "spring weather" isn't warming up like it is meant to, a bright orange lip will brighten up your day! My favourite orange lip products are:

Stila's Lip and Cheek Stain in Mango Crush.
This is a sheer fruity orange lip and cheek stain that gives a coral-orange hue to lips, perfect for summer!

YSL Rouge Volupte Silky Radient Lipstick SPF 15 in 14 Orange Shiver.
This silky lipstick is not one for the weak hearted. It is bold and wild. With an SPF of 15 and colour to die for, it is for sure a must have for spring!

Sephora Collection Crystal Glass in Golden Embrace.
If you are looking for a subtle way to wear glossy orange lips, this is the way to go. It gives a sheer golden embrace to the lips with out looking over done!

Hope you enjoyed! Would you wear orange lips, or bold lips? Tell me in the comments!

March Favourites!

Hi everyone, hope your all having a lovely day! Unfortunately March is over, that means it's time for me to tell you all the things I've been loving this month. March was such an amazing month, weather wise. Today it was raining outside, and the few days ago there was snow! Oh God, please make it warm again.. Anyway on to the favourites.

My first beauty favourite is my facial cleanser: Burt's Bees Soap Bark & Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream. This cleanser is just so clarifying and gentle at the same time, it just blows my mind away. Ever since my first use my skin looked more fresh and clearer. If you would like a full and detailed review of this amazing product  just comment down below and I'll be happy to do it!

You guessed it, next up is The Righteous Butter by Soap & Glory. I have a rave review here, if you want to check it out. This is seriously the most amazing this ever if you want soft, smooth skin fast. I highly, highly recommend this absolutely gorgeous body butter.

A favourite ever since I got it, the EOS lip balm in Honeysuckle Honeydew, is hands down one of the best lip balms. I love the smell, the packaging, the taste :) and the texture it leaves my lips feeling. I am really hoping to try out other EOS products.

My only makeup favourite this month is a blush/highlighter. The BellaPierré Cosmetics Blush in Desire is the most beautiful pink blush ever. It has tiny specks and shimmers in it that make your skin look so magnificent and glow-y. I wore this on the tops on my cheek bones, blended onto the apples of my cheeks and a little up to my temples almost every day in March.

The only nail polish favourite I have is China Glaze's Lorelei's Tiara. It is a beautiful glitter nail polish with light, dark blue and silver glitters in it. A thin coat looks gorgeous on black nail polish for a daring, party look but for a more daytime appropriate look is I just throw on a thin coat on bare nails.

My last beauty favourite is the Organix Morrocan Argan Penetrating Oil.  My hair is totally renewed after I put this in my hair. I put this into my wet hair and once it has completely dried, I feel like my hair is re-born. I'm totally in love with this oil and I definitely repurchasing this when I run out!

That's it for my favourites, tell me some of your favourites this month in the comments! Hope you enjoyed this, thanks for reading!
